What & who is Reservas Mas Pinell ?

Reservas Mas Pinell is the new central reservation system dedicated exclusively to houses in the Mas Pinell urbanisation of Torroella de Montgri, on the Costa Brava coast. We offer property management for owners of houses and apartments in this area.

Reservas Mas Pinell is a product of The Hotel Promotion Group S.C. , which has been active in the tourism sector since 2002. The main activity of the HPG is a central reservation system for people who travel with their pets named www.hotdogholidays.com , which receives an average of 7.000 visitors a day.

Our main office is situated in Playa de Pals, where an enthousiastic group of people from various European countries attend the telephone and e-mails. We speak and write fluently: English, Spanish, Catalan, Dutch, German and French.

What can we do for you?

We offer property owners a safe and comfortable way to rent out their properties. Apart from our main office in Pals, we will open an office in Mas  Pinell to attend to all guests and of course keep eye on the properties for the owners when they are rented out.

Our main strength is the fact that we speak many languages and are therefore able to expand our promotion and marketing efforts in various countries, thereby ensuring a variety in guests. We are aware of the fact that the summer season in Mas Pinell is shorter than in other areas of the coast. It is our goal to extend the amount of weeks rented in the future, and we believe that we can achieve that goal thanks to our experience of web marketing and our connections in the travel industry.

What other services do we offer?

Garden maintenance
Whether you rent out your house with us or not, we offer a maintenance contract for those properties that have a garden. These contracts are made in accordance with the owners and depend on the amount of work that the garden would give.

Regular checks of your house in off-season
In off-season we offer a regular control service where we check the house for anything that might be wrong. Especially after a storm or heavy rainfall, we will check all the houses for any damage or problems. If by chance a window has been left open, or if there is a leak, or anything else, we will notice it and fix it if it is easy to fix, or contact you in case there is bigger damage.
